To Find You
Born of your sweet lips, the scent of rose hips…its essence, fragrant.
Your body majestic, engulfed in warmth…a piece of heaven on this
earth. Soul connection….The beginning of a lifelong quest without
judgement, without question….on the righteous path to find you….my
love…a heart longing to be united with yours!
Although the verses of this piece were written in all but, a blur…from
the light within…Laced with a love so pure…from a heart which had
been shattered in a devastating blast from its own tormented past.
The context of each word dipped in tears…
It is a gift….sincere in its intentions, from all that is pure.
Induced from the essence of all that is me…unto you
As you may struggle to find answers, or understand how and, why.
But, it led me to you….For you are the one I seek!
A lifetime of waiting, patiently…withstanding the pain, filled with
anguish, and constant turmoil. The circumstances nearly destroyed
me, as I fought to rise….rise above it all.
You might ask why…. because I knew…that one day, God would guide
me to you.
In the form of the present, a gift from the heavens….
The day you lit the skies with your eyes…
And the stars all but, danced in your presence..
