After moving to Austin from her hometown in Portland Oregon, Lema began to pursue her passion for art, slowly working her way to full-time artist. Watercolors, acrylics and acrylic inks are her specialties. Camille’s paintings represent the wisdom, strength and inner beauty that lie within women of color while celebrating indigenous cultures, magic and nature. Her art journey has taken her from commission projects to live painting at events to going bigger with murals. She shares her love for art by hosting workshops and summer camps for kids to to be creative and know the unlimited possibilities in creating magic with your own hands.
